Crispy and flavorful onion fritters made with gram flour and spices, air-fried to perfection.
Ingredients

Onion (thinly sliced) 250 g

Gram flour (besan) 100 g

Rice flour 20 g
-
Green chilli (finely chopped) 10 g

Garlic paste 10 g

Salt 5 g
-
Red chilli powder 2 g
-
Turmeric powder 1 g
-
Ajwain 1 g

Water 40–50 ml

Oil 20ml
Directions
In a bowl, combine sliced onions, green chilli, garlic paste, and salt. Mix well and let it rest for 2–3 minutes.
Add besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric,oil and ajwain. Mix well.
Add water gradually to form a thick coating batter.
Take small portions, give it shapes of pakoda and place them in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 180°C for 18 minutes, flipping in between.
Cook until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney.
