Ingredients
- 10 pcs chicken wing
- 30g prawn paste
- 10g oyster sauce
- 10g sugar
- 8g sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- Plain flour (enough to coat wings)
- 30g chinese cooking wine (optional)

Directions
Marinate chicken wings with prawn paste, oyster sauce, chinese cooking wine, sugar, baking powder and sesame oil, for one day.
Coat the wings in flour and place in the big batch container.
Spray oil over wings.
AIR FRY for 20 minutes, flipping in between the cook cycle.
Serve and enjoy.
