Crusty on the outside, soft and fluffy inside.
Ingredients

500g Bread flour
-
10g Salt
-
4g Yeast
-
400g Water
-
50g Olive oil
-
Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, etc.)

Water (for sprinkling)

Ninja Foodi SmartLid 11-in-1 Multi-Cooker - OL550
Hot Honey (optional)
-
3 tbsp honey
-
Zest of ½ lemon
-
½ tsp chilli flakes
Directions
Mix all ingredients but the oil until a smooth dough form.
Add oil in & incorporate it into the dough
Allow to sit in a bowl for 1 hour, stretch and fold followed by placing it into the Ninja Foodi pot.
FINAL PROOF
Prepare your focaccia dough and let it complete its final proof.
Dimple the surface, add herbs, and lightly sprinkle water.
STEAM BAKE
Set to Steam Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
MAKE HOT HONEY (OPTIONAL)
Mix honey, lemon zest, and chilli flakes.
SERVE
- Remove focaccia once golden and cooked through.
- Finish with hot honey if using.
