Crispy and melt-in-mouth Indian shortbread cookies flavored with cardamom.
Ingredients

Wheat flour 90g

Besan 30g
-
Semolina 15g
-
Baking powder 1.5g
-
Green cardamom powder 1g

Powdered sugar 80g

Ghee/Butter 90g
Directions
Mix wheat flour, besan, semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder in a bowl.
Separately cream ghee/butter with powdered sugar until fluffy.
Combine dry ingredients with creamed mixture to form soft dough.
Shape dough into small balls, flatten slightly.
Take a bake tray, brush butter/ghee over it & put naankhatai over it and slide the tray into Level 1.
Switch the SmartSwitch to airfryer, select Bake mode at 160*C for 15 min or until light golden (flip in between if required).
Cool before serving.
Recipe Note
Use ghee for rich flavor; optional suji adds crunch
