Ingredients
LEVEL 1 (Combi Pan)

Basmati Rice - 360g

Cumin Seeds- 0.5g

Green Cardamom- 4pc

LEVEL 2 (Bake Tray)

Onion (sliced)-100g

Ginger-Garlic Paste-30 g

Tomato (sliced)-100 g

Potato (diced)- 100g

Carrot (diced)- 50g
-
French Beans (chopped)- 50 g

Green Peas- 50 g

Salt- 7 g (adjust to taste)

Spicy Red Chilli Powder-1g

Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder-0.5g

Coriander Powder-2 g

Biryani Masala-8g

Curd-40g

Oil- 15 ml

Water- 100 ml
Directions
Place all Level 1 ingredients in combi pan, mix it well. Slide the pan into Level 1.
For LEVEL 2: Prepare veggies as per mentioned next to it, marinate it with all powdered spices, oil, water and curd. Mix it well.
Take bake tray, put marinated veggies mix over it & slide the pan into LEVEL 2.
Close the door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEAL, set temperature to 200*C and set time to 12 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for 5-7 minutes before cooking).
When cooking is complete, remove pan and tray. Mix it well & serve hot. Enjoy.

Best served with ghee and raita.
