A version of this smoothie made an appearance in my first cookbook-Paleo in 28. In fact, it was developed in my first Ninja® Blender years ago and has been on rotation in our house ever since. It is a simple, 5-ingredient recipe, and one that is sure to become a favorite in your house as well. The tropical flavors of mango, pineapple, and coconut are refreshing and easily hide the serving of spinach that I sneak in. Green, yet perfectly fruity and sweet, this is the ideal beginner green smoothie for adults and kids alike.
Ingredients

Recipe Note
VARIATI TIP· For a richer, creamier smoothie, replace the coconut water in this recipe with coconut milk. I like to use the full-fat version from the can.
