Soft and fluffy naan with a light char, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients

Water 75 g

Milk 30 g
-
Curd 60 g
-
Oil 7–8 g
-
Powdered sugar 8 g

Refined flour (maida) 120 g

Wheat flour 60 g
-
Baking powder 2 g
-
Baking soda 0.5 g
-
Salt 2 g
-
Oil (for greasing) as required

Refined flour (for dusting) 50 g

Sesame seeds 20g

Finely chopped coriander 5g
Directions
In a bowl, mix water, milk, curd, oil, and sugar.
Add maida, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Knead into a soft dough.
Cover and rest the dough for 1–2 hours.
Divide into portions and roll into naan shapes using dusting flour. Top it with the sesame seeds and coriander leaf.
Lightly grease with water and place naan in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 200°C for 7 minutes until puffed and lightly charred.
Brush with butter (optional) and serve hot.
