Spiced yogurt-marinated mushrooms grilled to smoky perfection.
Ingredients

Button mushrooms (200–220 g), stems removed, cleaned, and washed.

Hung curd- 80g

Ginger-garlic paste 10 g

Gram flour (besan) 30-35g

Oil 15ml

Salt / black salt as per taste

Tandoori masala 10g

Coriander leaves (chopped) 4 – 8 g

Lemon juice 3 – 5 g
Directions
In a bowl, mix hung curd, ginger-garlic paste, besan, oil, spices, and lemon juice.
Add mushrooms and coat well. Marinate for 10–15 minutes.
Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, turning in between
Garnish with coriander and serve.
Recipe Note
Cooking time depends on the size of the mushrooms—adjust accordingly.
