Directions

1. Take combi pan & add 250 ml water to the combi pan and place the crisper plate in it.

2. Prepare the momos or take frozen momos and place them on the crisper plate. Brush some oil over it (optional).

3. Slide the combi pan into LEVEL 1.

4. Move the SmartSwitch to Cooker mode, select Steam function, set time 5 minutes (the unit will steam for 5-7minutes before cooking). Press Start.

5. Serve hot with Chilli sauce.
