800g–1kg pork spare ribs (pierced with fork)
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp grated garlic
Mix seasoning in a zip bag. Add ribs, marinate 1 hr–overnight in fridge.
Place ribs in container. Keep leftover marinade.
Cook in Roast mode for 20 min.
Flip ribs, brush with marinade.
Cook Roast mode for 5 min until cooked through.
