Ingredients

4 tbsp light cream

4 eggs

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 fresh red chilies pepper, chopped

Directions
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and beat until well combined.
Divide the mixture into 4 greased soufflé dishes.
Press either “Zone 1” and “Zone 2” of Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fry”.
Set the temperature to 200°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
After preheating, arrange soufflé dishes into the basket.
Slide basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 8 minutes.
After cooking time is completed, remove the soufflé dishes from the Air Fryer and serve warm.
