Directions
- Apply a light coating of oil onto the banana leaf.
- Score the stingray and then massage a mixture of salt and oil onto it.
- Cover the stingray with a generous layer of sambal chilli (to your liking of spiciness), focusing more on the underside. Allow it to marinate for 15 minutes.
- While the fish is left to marinate, prepare garnishes: Slice the red onion.
- Place the fish in the Double Stack Air Fryer. Cook at 200°C for 8 minutes.
- After 8 minutes, spread some additional sambal chilli on top of the stingray. Continue to cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked.
- Garnish with sliced onions and calamansi.
- Ready serve!
Recipe Note
Use the stacked meal racks when you want to cook two layers of food in one drawer. For the best cooking results, we recommend using the Double Stack Pro function when cooking multi-layered food.
