Crispy and flavorful potato triangles made using mashed potatoes, herbs, and bread, perfectly cooked in combi crisp mode for a golden crunch.
Ingredients

Mashed potatoes 4 pcs

Bread slices 4 pcs

Cornflour 64 g

Chilli flakes 12-14 g

Oregano 4-6 g

Salt as required (~4-6 g)

Coriander leaves as required
Directions
Soak bread slices in water for a few seconds, then squeeze out excess water.
Transfer soaked bread to a bowl and add mashed potatoes, cornflour, chilli flakes, oregano, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix well to form a thick, uniform mixture.
Take small portions and shape into triangles.
Take a combi pan and add 150 ml (1 cup) water into it. Place the crisper tray over the pan and arrange the potato triangles on it, brush some oil on it.
Move the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER mode.
Select COMBI CRISP mode, set the temperature to 200?C and time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking.
Once done, carefully remove the pan.
Serve hot with chutney or dip.
