Crispy air-fried paneer cubes coated with flavorful spices and crunchy breadcrumbs.
Ingredients

Paneer (cubes) 200 g

Black pepper powder 1.25 g

Cumin powder 2.5 g

Red chilli powder 2 g

Oil 5 ml

Salt to taste

Corn flour 50–60 g

Water 30–40 ml

Breadcrumbs 50–70 g
Directions
In a bowl, mix paneer cubes with black pepper, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, and oil. Toss well to coat.
Prepare a slurry by mixing corn flour and water to a smooth consistency (texture should be thick like idli batter).
Dip each paneer cube into the slurry, then coat with breadcrumbs evenly.
Place coated paneer in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook until golden and crispy. Serve hot.
