Ingredients
- 300g salmon cut into two pieces
- 2 tablespoon of miso
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 20g ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sake (optional)

Directions
Make marinade mixture with all ingredients except the salmon in the small batch container.
Add salmon into marinade.
Let it sit for at least 4 hours. Stays good for up to 3 days.
Take salmon out from marinade and transfer into the big batch container to AIR FRY for 15 minutes. Baste with marinade in between.
Serve over rice.
