A creamy and exotic smoothie bowl inspired by the traditional Indian mango lassi, with added protein for a nourishing boost.
1 cup frozen/fresh mango chunks
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon of honey or preferred sweetener of choice
½ teaspoon cardamom powder
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds (if you are using fresh mango. add 2-3 of ice cubes).
Serve chill if you want it more flavourful.
