Creamy broccoli cooked in a rich malai marinade with cheese, cashews and mild spices.
Ingredients

Hung curd – 200–250 g

Corn flour – 15 g

Broccoli – 300–400 g
For making paste

Cashew / cashew paste – 30 g

Black salt – 0.5 g

Processed cheese – 50 g

Green Chilli – 12 g

Garlic clove – 25 g

Chaat masala – 0.5 g

Ginger – 10 g

Fresh cream – 30 g

Salt – to taste

Black pepper powder – 2 g

Butter – 15 g
Directions
Wash the broccoli and cut it into florets.
Take a grinder jar, add all the ingredients mentioned in the “for making paste” section and grind into a smooth paste.
Take a bowl, add hung curd, corn flour, and the prepared paste, then mix well.
Add the broccoli florets and coat them well with the mixture.
Take the combi pan, pour 250 ml water into it, place the crisper plate over it, and brush/spray a little oil on the plate.
Spread the marinated broccoli florets evenly on the crisper plate and slide the combi pan into LEVEL 1.
Move the SmartSwitch to Cooker mode, select Combi Crisp function, set the temperature to 220°C and time to 10 minutes, then press Start (the unit will steam/preheat for 5-7minutes before cooking).
