Directions

1. Put the puff pastry dough on a clean work surface.
2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, brown sugar, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
3. Press this mixture into both sides of the dough.
4. Now, cut the pastry into 1" x 4" strips.
5. Twist 2 times from each end.
6. Place the strips into the air fryer baskets.

7. Select zone 1 to AIR FRY mode at 200°C for 9-10 minutes.

8. Select MATCH for zone 2 basket.
9. Once cooked, serve and enjoy.
