Herb and Lemon Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets (about 6 cups)

4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

¼ cup minced fresh parsley

1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
-
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
-
2 tablespoons lemon juice
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets and 2 tablespoons olive oil| toss to coat.
- Put a crisper plate in both drawers, then put the cauliflower in a single layer in each. Insert the drawers into the unit.
Select zone then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 175°C with a 10-minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
- Remove the cauliflower from the drawers after the timer has finished.
In Small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil.
Transfer the cauliflower to a large bowl and drizzle with the herb mixture. Toss to combine.
