Nutritious green kebabs made with spinach, peas, and aromatic spices.
Boiled potato 200 g
Blanch Spinach (2 cup, packed) 80 g
Boiled Peas 100 g
Ginger (grated) 5 g
Black pepper 2 g
Breadcrumbs 10 g
Salt to taste
Red chili powder 0.3 g/ a pinch
Garam masala 0.3 g/ a pinch
Chaat masala 0.3 g/ a pinch
In a bowl, mix mashed potato, spinach, peas, and spices. Mix it well.
Add breadcrumbs and shape into patties.
Place kebabs in the air fryer basket. Bruhs/ spray over it.
Air fry at 180°C for 15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve hot with chutney
