Take peeled and cubed pineapple (400 g) in a mixing bowl. Add red Chilli powder, Kashmiri Chilli powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, sugar, and salt.
Add honey and fresh lemon juice (6 ml) and mix well so the pineapple cubes are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
Place the crisper plate inside the combi pan. Spread the spiced pineapple cubes in a single layer on the crisper plate. Slide the combi pan on Level 1.
Move the SmartSwitch to Air fry mode, choose mode “grill” set the temperature to 240°C & time for 7 minutes (the unit will steam/preheat for 5-7minutes before cooking).
Once done, remove the pan carefully and serve the hot, caramelized grilled pineapple immediately.
