Classic soft and fluffy French toast with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon, crisped perfectly in combi crisp mode.
Ingredients

Large egg 1

Whole milk 20 ml

Fresh cream 10 ml (optional)

Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon powder a pinch (~0.1-0.2 g)

Bread slices 4
-
Vegetable oil 1 tsp (~7-8 ml)

Butter 1 tsp (~7-8 g)

Icing sugar ~12 g
Directions
In a bowl, whisk egg, milk, fresh cream, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder.
Dip each bread slice into the mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Lightly grease the crisper tray with oil and butter.
Place soaked bread slices on the tray.
Move the SmartSwitch to AIRFRY mode.
Select AIRFRY mode, set temperature to 200?C and time to 8 minutes (FLIP IN BETWEEN). Press START/STOP.
Once golden and crisp, remove carefully.
Dust with icing sugar and serve hot.
Recipe Note
Optional cream adds richness and better texture.
