Ingredients

8 slices French bread, ½ inch thick
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 110g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 120g basil pesto
- 155g sliced grape tomatoes
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions
- Spread the bread with the butter and place butter-side up in the air fryer basket. Bake at 175°C for 3 to 5 minutes or until the bread is light golden brown.
- Remove the bread from the basket and top each piece with some of the cheese. Return to the basket in batches and bake until the cheese melt, about 1 to 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the pesto, tomatoes, and green onions in a small bowl.
- When the cheese has melted, remove the bread from the air fryer and place on a serving plate. Top each slice with some of the pesto mixture and serve.
