Ingredients
- 1 (425g) can chickpeas, drained
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
- Drain the chickpeas thoroughly and spread them in a single layer on paper towels. Cover with another paper towel and press gently to remove extra moisture. Don't press too hard, or you'll crush the chickpeas.
- Mix curry powder and salt together.
- Place the chickpeas in a medium bowl and sprinkle with seasonings. Stir well to coat.
- Add olive oil and stir again to distribute oil.
- Air fry at 200°C for 15 minutes, stopping to shake the basket about halfway through cooking time.
- Cool completely and store in airtight container.
