Directions
- In a shallow dish, whisk the egg.
- Add flour to a plate.
- In a separate shallow dish, breadcrumbs, seafood, seasoning, pepper, and salt.
- Brush fish fillets with oil. Coat each fish fillet with flour, dip it in egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the fish fillets in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 10 minutes.
Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Serve and enjoy.
