Juicy corn on the cob roasted and coated with butter, lemon, and Indian spices for a tangy, smoky flavor.
Corn on the cob 2 pc (chopped into small size).
Red chilli powder 0.5 g
Lemon juice 20 ml
Chaat masala / aamchur 5 g
Butter (melted) 10 g
Brush the corn with melted butter evenly. Place the corn in the air fryer basket.
Roast at 180°C for 12 minutes, turning halfway.
Remove and brush with remaining butter. Sprinkle red chilli powder and chaat masala.
Drizzle lemon juice over the corn. Serve hot.
