A spicy balanced green chutney made by uisng coriander lead, garlic and in house seasoning.
water 100ml
coriander leaf- roughly chopped 30gm
garlic cloves 8gm
ginger 3gm
green chilllies 8gm
salt to taste
lemon juice 10ml
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja blend for 30 seconds for corase paste. If you want to make it more fine grind it for one more cycle (30 seconds).
Best served as a side of paratha, tikkis and meal etc
