A classic South Indian condiment made with fresh coconut, spices, and tempered aromatics.
Fresh grated coconut – 1 cup
Roasted chana dal – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli – 1–2
Garlic – 1 clove (optional)
Ginger – ½ inch
Salt – to taste
Water – ½ cup (adjust for consistency)
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 6–8
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds.
Give it tadka by using ingredients mention in “for tempering” to make it more flavourful.
Temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
