Ingredients
Filling:
- cooking spray
- 1 (285g) bag frozen cherries, thawed and undrained
- 150g fresh blueberries
- 50g coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons amaretto liqueur
Topping:
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 2 tablespoons oat bran 140g cooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
Directions
- Spray an air fryer baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all filling ingredients in the baking pan and stir well.
- In a medium bowl, combine all of the topping ingredients and mix until the oil is distributed evenly and the mixture is crumbly.
- Spoon the topping evenly over the filling in the pan.
- Insert a crisper plate in a basket, place the pan in the basket, then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select BAKE, set the temperature to 180°C, and set the time to 8 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking. Bake until the crumb topping turns golden brown and crispy.
