Ingredients

1 wholemeal pitta

2 tsp olive oil
-
½ shallot, diced

¼ tsp garlic, minced

1 large egg
-
¼ tsp dried oregano
-
¼ tsp dried thyme
-
1/8 tsp salt

2 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions
Brush the top of the pitta with olive oil, then spread the diced shallot and minced garlic over the pitta. Crack the egg into a small bowl or ramekin, and season it with oregano, thyme, and salt.
Place the pitta into the Zone 1 drawer, and gently pout the egg onto the top of the pitta. Sprinkle with cheese over the top.
Select Bake button and adjust temperature to 190°C, set time to 6 minutes and press Start. After the end, allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting into pieces for serving.
