This creamy and refreshing blueberry smoothie is made with frozen blueberries, banana, plain yogurt, and a splash of milk, all blended together into a frosty drink. This smoothie recipe is not only delicious, but also an easy breakfast or snack. An of the ingredients go into the FoodiTM Blender and, with the push of a button, you have a super smooth and creamy smoothie. That's all there is to it! If you want to add some mix-ins, try flaxseed, chia seeds, or some greens, like spinach.
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 banana, peeled and halved
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- ¼ cup milk
-
Ninja Foodi Blender Cold & Hot - HB150
Directions
- Place the blueberries, banana, yogurt, and milk into the blender pitcher in the order listed.
- Select SMOOTHIE.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
Recipe Note
I love using frozen fruit in my smoothies, because I always have my freezer stocked. If you don't have frozen fruit, you can swap out fresh for frozen. Just be sure to add about 8 cup of ice to get the icy-cold consistency that you crave!
