A delicious way to add more fruits and veggies to your diet, this Beet & Berry Blast blends strawberries, raspberries, banana, and raw beet into a naturally sweet, vibrant smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ beet, washed, peeled, and sliced
- 1 banana, peeled and halved
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds.
