Ingredients
- 6 dates, cut in half
- 3 cup sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into quarters
- 1 ripe banana, cut in half
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 cup ice
Directions
- Soak the dates in 1 cup warm water for 30 minutes. Drain. Set aside.
- Place the sweet potatoes with 3 cups of water into a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until fork-tender. Drain, then cool completely. Set aside.
- Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja 710ml cup and blend for 25 seconds.
