- 455g polenta
- 30g flour
- oil for misting or cooking spray

Directions
Cut the polenta into ½-inch slices.
- Dip slices in flour to coat well. Spray both sides with oil or cooking spray.
- Air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes. Turn polenta and spray both sides again with oil.
- Cook 8 to 10 more minutes or until brown and crispy.
