Yes. you can adjust the cook time or mode at any point throughout the cooking process. Press the time + and - buttons or MODE button to adjust time and cooking function.
Use the crisper plate when you want food to come out crispy. The plate elevates the food in the basket so that air can flow under it to cook ingredients evenly.
CRISPi PowerPod: The PowerPod should always be cleaned thoroughly after each use. Wipe the unit and control panel with a damp cloth by hand. ALWAYS ensure the appliance has cooled completely before cleaning.
Do not immerse the PowerPod in water or any other liquid, or clean the PowerPod in a dishwasher.
CleanCrisp Glass Containers: The CleanCrisp glass containers can be washed by hand in hot, soapy water, or in a dishwasher. When handwashing, do not use abrasive cleaning tools and ensure all parts are dried thoroughly after use.
Ensure container has cooled to room temperature before placing in water, a sink or dishwasher.

No, the cooking system does not need to be preheated.
No, the easy grip handles are permanently attached to the glass containers to prevent any damage to countertops while cooking and allows a safe place to handle the hot glass.
Adapter should be used when cooking with 3.8L container. Note: Do not use adapter when cooking with the 1.4L containers.
Simply push the tab on the front of the adaptor away from the CRISPi pod, then tilt it backwards to lift it away. Please note that this should only be done when the CRISPi pod is cool and should not be attempted immediately after use.
Large batch container is perfect for big batches of food, when entertaining or feeding a family of 4+.
Small batch container is perfect for personal size meals, appetizers, or leftovers.
The glass containers and lids are safe for use in the microwave oven. But the crisper plates are NOT microwave safe. Do also take note that the lid is NOT sealed on the CleanCrisp glass container when in the microwave.
