1 chicken thigh (250–300g), cut into 3cm cubes

1 leek, cut into 3cm pieces

A pinch of salt

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp mirin
-
2 tsp sugar
-
1/2 tsp potato starch

Shichimi togarashi, optional

Directions
Mix sauce ingredients (soy sauce, mirin, sugar, starch) in a bowl.
Place chicken skin side down in container with leek pieces. Sprinkle salt.
Cook in Airfry mode for 10 min.
Brush sauce on chicken and leek, flip both, brush again.
Cook in Airfry mode for 5 min.
Brush remaining sauce over chicken. Sprinkle shichimi if desired.
