Ingredients
- 110 g almond flour
- 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 35 g powdered sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 110 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons mini semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 175°C. Line a cake pan with baking paper and brush with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sweetener, and salt. Add the butter, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until thoroughly combined. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and scatter the chocolate chips on top.
- Air fry in the zone 1 basket for 15 to 20 minutes until the edges are set. Let cool completely before slicing. To store, cover and refrigerate the brownies for up to 3 days.
