2 medium zucchinis, grated

1 cup corn kernel

1 medium potato cooked

2 tablespoons chickpea flour

2 garlic minced
-
2 teaspoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper

For Serving: Yogurt tahini sauce

Directions
Mix grated zucchini with a pinch of salt in a colander and leave them for 15 minutes.
Squeeze out their excess water.
Mash the cooked potato in a large-sized bowl with a fork.
Add zucchini, corn, garlic, chickpea flour, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
Mix these fritters' ingredients together and make 2 tablespoons-sized balls out of this mixture and flatten them lightly.
Divide the fritters in the two crisper plates in a single layer and spray them with cooking.
Return the crisper plates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 17 minutes.
Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
Flip the fritters once cooked halfway through, then resume cooking.
Serve.
