A platter of Veggies and Lemon-Garlic Whipped Feta Dip is a staple when we entertain. whether we are hosting game night or a family holiday, this recipe is easy to whip up at a moment's notice but still tastes fresh and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 pound feta cheese, coarsely crumbled
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt 1 garlic clove
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Vegetable crudites, for serving
