Home-cooked meals are the best for our little family. The Ninja DoubleStack Air Fryer XL truly knocks it out of the park! I can cook two separate meals for the adults and the kids at the same time! And ALL in 25 minutes!

Ingredients
Ingredients (Steak):

2 slabs of marinated steaks
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tsp pepper
Ingredients (Teriyaki Salmon):
-
200g salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
-
2 to 3 Tbsp teriyaki sauce
-
1 cup Jasmine Rice (washed)
-
1.5 cup water
-

Directions
Basket 1:
Chop up some of our favorite vegetables, blanche them, spread them out at the base and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Fix the rack in and then place two slabs of marinated steaks. Air Fry steaks at 200°C for 8 mins (Medium Rare), 8-10 minutes (Medium), 10-12 minutes (Medium-Well), 12-14 minutes (Well Done)
Basket 2:
Place marinated teriyaki salmon pieces and the rack above it.
Prep the rice in a small baking tin or foil tin with a ratio of 1:1.5 cup water.
Cover it with aluminum foil and place it in the basket on top of the rack.
Set the timer to 25 minutes and at a temperature of 195°
Take out the salmon after 10mins cooking and rest rice for the rest 15mins cooking
Voila! Dinner is now served!
