Tandoori marinade is a bold, flavorful blend made with yogurt, spices, and aromatics like garlic, ginger, and chili.
Ingredients

40-50ml dried ancho chili peppers or Kashmiri red chilli
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons garam masala powder

1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
Directions
Place the dried ancho chili peppers/Kashmiri red chilli into a small saucepan and pour just enough water to cover the chillies. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Strain chillies and then cool.
Remove the top and seeds from the chillies.
Place all the ingredients in the order listed into the Ninja cup and blend for 30 seconds.
