Ingredients
- Ribeye steak, cut into cubes - 450g
- Broccoli florets - 350g
- Butter, melted - 2 tbsp
- Mushrooms, sliced - 230g
- Garlic cloves, minced - 4
- Soy sauce, low-sodium -1 tsp
- Pepper
- Salt

Directions
- In a bowl, toss steak cubes with mushrooms, butter, broccoli, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and salt.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half of the steak-vegetable mixture in the zone drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200℃, and set the time to 8 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Stir the steak-vegetable mixture halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
