Ingredients

200g salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tsp garlic powder

Pinch of salt & black pepper
Glaze:
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
-
1 tbsp sriracha
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 tsp soy sauce

Directions
Mix panko, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat salmon bites.
Air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes.
Brush salmon with glaze and cook for 1 more minute.
