Ingredients
- 455g sirloin steaks, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice, divided
- 75g crunchy peanut butter
- 120ml beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 150g broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 to 2 red chilli peppers, sliced

Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the steak with 1 tablespoon of the lime juice. Set aside.
- Combine the peanut butter and beef broth in a small bowl and mix well. Drain the beef and add the juice from the bowl into the peanut butter mixture.
- In a metal bowl that fits your air fryer, combine the olive oil, steak, and broccoli.
- Insert a crisper plate in a basket, place the bowl in the basket, then insert the basket in Zone 1. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select AIR FRY, set the temperature to 185°C, and set the time to 4 minutes. Press START/ PAUSE to begin cooking. Cook until the steak is almost cooked and the broccoli is crisp and tender, tossing the food in the bowl once during cooking time.
- Add the garlic, chilli peppers, and the peanut butter mixture and stir. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling and the broccoli is tender. Serve over hot rice.).
