Ingredients
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons granular erythritol
- 4 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder

Directions
- Put butter, granular erythritol and walnuts în a food processor. Pulse until all the ingredients stick together to form a dough.
- Place dough into 4 inch springform pan and put into the air fryer basket.
- Set the temperature to 200°C, then set the timer for 5 minutes.
- When timer goes off, remove crust and allow it to cool.
- Combine cream cheese with vanilla extract, egg, powdered erythritol, espresso powder and cocoa powder until smooth in a medium bowl.
- Pour mixture on top of baked walnut crust and put into the air fryer basket.
- Set the temperature for 150°C, then set the timer for 10 minutes.
- Once fully cooked, allow to chill for 2 hours before serving.
