A little bit retro and a lot bit gooey, this Simple Swiss Cheese Fondue has just 5 simple ingredients. Toss the ingredients in the Foodi™Blender and voila, you will return to a pitcher of piping-hot cheesy goodness. To serve, pour the fondue in a serving bowl alongside a variety of things to dunk and some toothpicks for easy dipping. I like to serve this fondue with bread cubes and veggies, but you can also serve it with fruits, like apples and pears. In addition to being a great dip, you can use this recipe as a cheesy topping for your favorite roasted veggies.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup dry white wine
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 (8-ounce) packages sliced Swiss cheese, torn in halves
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
-
Ninja Foodi Blender Cold & Hot - HB150
Directions
- Place wine, garlic, lemon juice, Swiss cheese, and corn starch into the blender pitcher in the order listed
- Select SAUCE/DIP.
- Enjoy while warm.
Recipe Note
VARIATION TIP:
If you want to switch up the cheese used in your fondue, I recommend trying a combination of Gruyere, fontina, and Gouda cheese, about 8 cup of each.
