Ingredients
- 1 pound of beef short ribs, bone-in and trimmed
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled, minced
- 4 carrots, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 parsnips, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup pearl onions

Directions
- Season the ribs with salt and black pepper and rub a little amount of canola oil on both sides.
- Place it in zone 1 basket of the air fryer.
- Next, take a bowl and add pearl onions, parsnip, carrots, garlic, brown sugar, red wine, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the vegetable mixture to the zone 2 basket.
- Set the zone 1 basket time to 12 minutes at 375 degrees F at AIR FRY mode.
- Set the zone 2 basket at AIR FRY mode at 200 °C for 18 minutes.
