Ingredients

275g salmon fillets, chopped

Salt and ground black pepper, as required

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 egg yolks

7 tbsp chilled butter
-
165g flour
-
2 tbsp cold water

4 eggs

6 tbsp whipping cream

2 spring onions, chopped

Directions
In a bowl, mix together the salmon, salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Set aside.
In another bowl, add egg yolk, butter, flour and water and mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 2 portions
Place each dough onto a floured smooth surface and roll into about 17.5cm round.
Place each rolled dough into a quiche pan and press firmly in the bottom and along the edges.
Then trim the excess edges.
In a small bowl, add the eggs, cream, salt and black pepper and beat until well combined.
Place the cream mixture over each crust evenly and top with the salmon, followed by the spring onion.
Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” of Ninja Foodi 2-Basket Air Fryer and then rotate the knob for each zone to select “Air Fry”.
Set the temperature to 180°C and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
After preheating, arrange 1 quiche pan into the basket of each zone.
Slice the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 20 minutes.
After cooking time is completed, remove the quiche pans from Air Fryer.
Cut each quiche in 2 portions and serve hot.
