Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chipotle pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups croutons
- 1 large egg
- 1 (1 pound) skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1 1⁄2-inch chunk

Directions
- Mix chipotle powder, maple syrup, and salt in a saucepan and cook on a simmer for 5 minutes
- Crush the croutons in a food processor and transfer to a bowl.
- Beat egg in another shallow bowl.
- Season the salmon chunks with sea salt.
- Dip the salmon in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Divide the coated salmon chunks in the two crisper plates.
- Return the crisper plate to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.
- Select the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 10 minutes
- Press the "MATCH" button to copy the settings for Zone 2.
- Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.
- Flip the chunks once cooked halfway through, then resume cooking.
- Pour the maple syrup on top and serve warm.
