Ingredients
- Red sweet pepper, cut into Finch pieces -1
- Courgetti, cut into 1-inch pieces -1
- Carrot, peeled & cut into 1-inch pieces -1
- Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces -1
- Garlic granules - 1/2 tsp
- Dried thyme - 1/2 tsp
- Dried rosemary -1/2 tsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Pepper -1/4 tsp
- Sea salt -1/2 tsp

Directions
- In a large bowl, toss all vegetables with garlic granules, thyme, rosemary, olive oil, pepper, and salt until well coated.
Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half of the vegetable mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200 C, and set the time to 20 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Stir the vegetables halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
